How It Works: Brake lock/swivel lock caster sets are operated by two separate foot pedals. One pedal locks the two wheels in a rigid position or releases them to swivel; the other pedal locks and releases brakes on the same two wheels. “People Proof”: Pedals are positioned on the dolly rather than the wheels, making their operation more convenient. And because all changes are effected by downward pressure on the pedals, shoes are saved from scuffing. Polyurethane Tread: Long-wearing. Resists abrasion. Non-marking.
